Most basements around here are half storage and half worry. Carlos handles the whole job from the first moisture check to the last piece of trim, with one guy to call and no subcontractor roulette.
- Dry it out. Seal cracks, fix grading and downspouts, swap the sump pump if it's tired.
- Frame & insulate. Pressure-treated bottom plates, foam board on the block, framing that's square.
- Close it up. Drywall, recessed lights, trim, doors and waterproof LVP flooring.

Is there a minimum job size?
No job is too small. If it's just one thing, that's fine. Most folks find it's worth adding a few more items to the list while he's there, since you're only paying for one trip.
How does pricing work?
Small jobs get a flat price, usually right over text from a photo. Bigger projects get a free walkthrough and a written quote. Either way, you know the number before work starts. No surprises.
Are you insured?
Yes. Double R is fully insured, and Carlos is happy to send proof before the job. Anything that legally needs a licensed electrician or plumber gets handed to a trusted pro he's worked with for years.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit it helps. After that, plenty of regulars leave a key or a code. You'll get before-and-after photos by text either way.
Do you supply materials?
Either way works. He can pick up everything at cost plus the trip, or you can buy exactly what you want and he'll install it.
How soon can you come out?
Most small jobs are booked within the week. Storm damage and "water is coming in" calls get squeezed in the same or next day whenever possible.
